Based on St. Maarten since 2013, Geodesign N.V. brings together a team of 6, including 4 structural engineers, an architect and a safety specialist.

History
The company was founded in 2013 by Gianni Rabacchi who has been providing construction engineering services on the international scene since 1976 and on St. Maarten from 1996.
In 2020, Franco Penso became the managing director of Geodesign, leading a qualified and cosmopolitan team.
